Cox. Richard A. COX died today at his home, 3019 Clark Court, Topeka, after an illness of about four months. A former resident of Lawrence, where he lived until about the time he was married. Mr. Cox had been connected with the auditors of freight accounts of the Santa Fe railroad for 27 years. he was a member of the Masonic lodge, Orient No. 51, and the First Methodist church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jessie COX of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Don M. GLOGAU of Gadsden, Ala.; his mother, Mrs. O.L. COX of Lawrence; four brothers, Roy C. Cox, Kansas City, Mo.; Elmer E. Cox, Lawrence; Oscar L. Cox, Southgate, Calif., and Albert L. Cox, Walla Walla, Wash., and by three sisters, Mrs. Jay W. SMITH, Lawrence; Mrs. Willard L. WINEY, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. W.T. CORCORAN, Seattle, Wash.
