Mrs. Parthena Samilton
Mrs. Parthena SAMILTON, 85, died this morning at her home, 1318 Pennsylvania
street. 
She is survived by the following immediate relatives; a son, Luther Bryant of
Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Mrs. Odessa JOHNSON of Lincoln, Neb.; four sisters
Mrs. Helen MATTHEWS of Lawrence, Mrs. Hallie SCOTT of Mesa, Ariz., Mrs. Amanda
ALLEN of Kansas City, Mo., Mrs. Hattie FERGUSON, of Kansas City, Mo.; a brother,
Mason FISHBACK of Lawrence; two grandsons, Arthur and Arron DEVINE of Junction
City; a brother-in-law, Claude E. MATTHEWS of Lawrence.
