Frank J. WILLIAMS was born December 25, 1903 near Overbrook and died June 21, 1943. He grew to manhood in the Bethel neighborhood and was baptized into the Methodist church when a boy. He wa married to Mary Elizabeth NEWLAND, August 25, 1925. To this union were born four children, Roger, age 16, Irma Lee, 14; Joan 12, and Mary Kay 9. He lived near Baldwin until eight years ago they moved to Los Angeles, Calif. They returned in August of 1942 and were living near LeLoup at the time of his death. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Clyde Brewster. Interment was in Oakwood cemetery. Pallbearers were Lester SCHWARTZ, Olin LEACH, Ernest PRIMM, Clyde BOND, Arthur ROCKHOLD, and Paul HECKMAN. Mrs. Russell GREER and Mrs. Leonard WHITTED accompanied by Mrs. Herman BROWN sang "Lead Me Gently Home Father," "Whispering Hope," and "The Pearly White City."
