H. MORGAN I W. H. Morgan, of Howard, Elk County, Kansas, being of sound mind and Disposing memory do hereby make and constitue this as my last will and Testament, herby revoking all former wills by me made. First. I desire that all of my just debts shall be paid out of my estate as soon after my deceased as it will be convenient for the executor of this my last will and testament, herenafter named, to pay the same. Second. I hereby give, devise and bequeath, to my beloved wife, for and during the period of her natrual life, all of the property of which I shall die seized and possesed, both real and personal, and after her death said property, both real and personal, to go to and vest in the following persons according to the shares and interest as follows to-wit: To J. T. Morgan an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest. To W. F. Morgan an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest. To Joseph W. Morgan an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest. To David B. Morgan an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest. To the children of Mary E. Small an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest. To Viola Bobzine an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest; provided however, that in the event of siad Villa Bobzine does not survive and said testator, W. H. Morgan and Wife Mary A. MOrgan, then in that case the undevided one-sixth interest herein before provided for said Viola Bobzine shall go to and vest as follows to-wit: One-fifth to the children of Mary E. Small. One-fifth to J. T. Morgan One-fifth to W. F. Morgan One-fifth to Joseph W. Morgan One-fifth to David B. MOrgan Third, I hereby name and appoint my son, David B. Morgan as the exec- utor of this my last Will and Testament, and it is my absolute wish and will that he act as such executer without being required to give any bond whatsoever. In Witnes whereof, I, the said testator, W. H. Morgan having herunto set my hand tis 6th day of July, 1921 in the presence of H. A. Gilmore and Ralph E.
