Hays City, Kansas,
May 17th, 1876

Complaint having been entered at this Office by W. A. LEWIS against F. C. 
HOGEMAN for abandoning his Timber Entry, No. 5, dated April 5th, 1875, upon the 
N. E. 1/4 Section 8, Township 14, Range 17 W., in Ellis County, Kas, with a 
view to the cancellation of said entry; the said parties are hereby summoned to 
appear at this Office on the 17th day of June, A. D. 1876, at 10 o'clock A. M., 
to respond and furnish testimony concerning said alleged abandonment.   L. F.

appear at this Office on the 17th day of June, A. D. 1876, at 10 o'clock A. M., 
to respond and furnish testimony concerning said alleged abandonment.   L. F.
