Stetter Timetraveler303@aol.com November 18, 2007, 10:32 am Hays Sentinel Says the Stockton News: The boy Frank RANDALL, who was recently killed for horse stealing, does not belong to any of the numerous families of RANDALLs who are citizens of this county. They have all been favorably known for years in adjoining counties, and those who know them would not listen to such a story for a moment; yet the story has gained currency. The man whose tragic death has been the theme of conversation for a week past, was only here for a short period at any one time; in fact he was a homeless wanderer, and what time he has not spent in jail at Hays City has been spent in wandering around the country.
