Moseley, 72, of 1204 N. 3rd, died Monday, July 1,1996, at St. Catherine Hospital. Born March 28, 1924, at Bloomfield, Iowa, she was the daughter of Guy and Marie Haney. She Married Leo Bowman in Iowa. On Aug. 19, 1967, she married Fred N. Moseley at Clayton, N.M. He died August 1, 1988. She was also preceded in death by a son, Harold Bowman, and two daughters, Sharon Bowman and Karen Bowman. Mrs. Moseley lived in Nebraska for a short time before moving to Garden City in the mid-1950s. She worked at Briar Hill Nursing Home before becoming a ward clerk at St. Catherine Hospital. She served as ward clerk for 24 years before retiring in 1994. She was a member of the First Christian Church, and taught Sunday school classes for several years. She enjoyed reading, visiting with family and friends, and watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren play. Survivors are four sons, Ronnie Bowman, Cantonment, Fla, Lonnie Bowman and Rick Bowman, both of Garden City, and Mark Bowman, Denver; three daughters, Marilyn Harris, Ness City, Connie Lyons, Dolton, S.D., and Vicki Sinn, Brighton, Colo. two brothers, Rex Haney, Lincoln, Neb., and Charles Haney, Hastings, Neb.; three sisters, Iris Reynolds, Denver, Waneta Stender and Lucille McCurdy, both of Newton; and many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Garnand Funeral Home, with Rev. Donald E. Carter officiatin. Burial will be at Valley View Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home until 9 tonight and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday. Memorials are to the Nola B. Moseley Memorial Fund, in care of the funeral home.
