Mr. Elias WHITE was arrested on the charge of being the murderer, committed to jail to await trial at next term of the District Court. County Attorney Mr. HARRISON is confident he has the right man in the right place. Prisoner and his counsel, H. P. WELSH and G.S. SCAMMON are confident of acquittal. HUTCHINSON, late Indian Agent of the Ottawas. HUTCHINSON is deficient to an amount of exceeding $30,000 for moneys received from the trust lands.
