NOTICES FOR PUBLICATION

Land office at WaKeeney, Kan.,     No. 5685   July 22, 1890

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his 
intention to make final proof in support of his claim and that said proof will 
be mae before the probate judge of Gove county, Kan. at Gove City, Kan. on 
September 11, 1890, viz:

George H. McDORMAN homestead application No. 8818 for the southwest quarter 
section 22, township 11 south, range 31 west. 

He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon and 
cultivation of said land, viz: 

George BEAM and Allen P. TENNULL, of Oakley, Kan., Henry HANEM, and Jacob 
SWENSEN, of Grinnell, Kan.
