Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. JESS LASATER, 84, died 20 Oct in Eureka. Born in Winthrop, MO 5 Feb 1883, he married Sadie Parsons 23 Oct 1901 at Havensville, KS. He was a member of the Christian church. Survivors include: three daughters; Mrs. Savilla Jeffries of Las Vegas, NM, Mrs. Hazel Brown of Eureka and Mrs. Jean Bowman of Oklahoma City, OK; two sons, Clerin of Ft. Collins, CO and Orville of Eskridge; one brother, Oliver of Portland, OR; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Jensen of Wichita and Mrs. Maggie Denchfield of Eureka; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services conducted from the Baird-Campbell chapel Sunday, 22 Oct; burial in Greenwood cemetery.
