David Matthews Died In California, Sun., Jan. 12.

According to word received here, David MATTHEWS, a former Harper resident died
at the home of his step-daughter at San Diego, Calif., Sunday afternoon. The
remains are being shipped to Harper for burial, and will arrive here today at
noon. It had not been determined Wednesday afternoon whether or not any services
would be held here, as the remains had been held  over at the Peter Murphy home
in Colorado where funeral services were held.
