Jacob STOUT died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C.E. MYERS, near Wakita
Saturday, February 24, aged 80 years. Mr. Stout was one of the early settlers in
this vicinity. In 1880 he resided on a farm just east of where this city now
stands. He leaves a wife and five children to mourn for him. Funeral services by
Rev. Strong of Wakita were held at the residence Monday. Interment in Bluff City
cemetery.--Bluff City News.
