Eight Months Old Baby Killed in Auto Wreck.

Chas. Raymond, the eight months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert YELTON, was
killed and other occupants of the car badly bruised when the car in which they
were riding collided with another car west of Winfield Monday. Mrs. Yelton, and
son, Mrs. WEECH, her mother and her sister-in-law, Miss Ruth Yelton and
brother-in-law, Victor Yelton, who is employed here, when the accident occurred.
The injured ones were taken to Winfield hospital for treatment. The remains of
the infant were taken to El Dorado for burial Wednesday.

Mr. Yelton is well known here, having attended the Harper high school and he and
his wife have the sympathy of their many friends.

Hubert Yelton and brother Paul and aunt, Mrs. Alvin HAWKINS drove to Winfield
immediately upon hearing of the tragedy.
