Alpha MILLER, the eldest son of Ex-Sheriff, J.A. Miller, was maried to Miss Pearl BLAKENSHIP at the home of the bride in Bucklin, Missouri, on Sunday February 11, and on Wednesday of last week the young people were tendered an infair and reception at the Harper county home of the senior Mr. Miller. Some forty guests were present to enjoy the festal spread and to welcome the young people. Alph Miller, as the young gentleman is known, was deputy sheriff under his father during the latter's term of office in this county, but has recently been in the mercantile business at Wakita, Oklahoma. The bride, as Pearl Blakenship, was a resident of this county until some six years ago when her parents moved to Linn county, Mo. Both young people are well known in society circles and the Bulletin is pleased to state that they will make their home at the Miller homestead in this county and extends congratulations to all concerned. ==== KS-FOOTSTEPS Mailing List ==== File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ks/harper/vitals/marriages/blakensh488gmr.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/ksfiles/ File size: 1.7 Kb
