                     Notice
    Notice is hereby given that application will be made
to the Governor of the State of Kansas on March 15th, 1879,
for a full pardon of Edward Hayes, who was convicted of
burglary and larceny at the March term A. D. 1876, of this
District Court of Harvey County, Kansas, and sentenced
to confinement and hard labor in the State Penitentiary
for a period of four years.
