U. Humphrey Governor of the State of Kansas to be acted upon by the State Board of Pardons, at their regular meeting on the second Tuesday of July A. D. 1890. The said Patrick Noonan Jr. alias James Mack was convicted of the crime of grand larceny, on the 2nd day of January A. D. 1890, at the regular term of the Harvey County District Court, in and for the Ninth Judicial district of Kansas. Dated this 6th day of February A. D. 1890, at Newton, Kansas F. A.
