Wednesday, September 28, is set for the annual Indian celebration, at Nadeau, on the Pottawatomie Reservation. Nine o'clock is the hour designated for the commencement of the day's amusements. The usual program will be carried out, also a real wild west show, out on open prairie, with all the natural surroundings, an attempt will be made to capture and rob the Santa Fe stage by a band of savage Indians, but frustrated in the nick of time by the daring cow boy rangers. Wild horse roping and riding will be indulged in; also bronco busting. Indian pony races for good prizes. Merry-go-round and other amusements for young and old. Lunch and refreshments on grounds. Plenty of feed and water for teams.
