A telegram was received Tuesday by Lum POOL, from the Indian Territory, announcing that his brother James was murdered. No particulars were stated. Lum and his father and mother left for the Territory yesterday. The murdered man and his brother Will have been down there engaged in the stock business for the past five or six years.
