Death Comes to Well Known Farmer Suddenly Tuesday. Grant ARNOLD, well known farmer, 55 years of age, died at his home northeast of Holton Tuesday night after a short illness. His death resulted from heart trouble that developed rather suddenly. A few week ago he suffered an injury when a horse stepped on his foot. He had been recovering nicely from that, but the last few days complained of heart trouble. The malady became acute and death came before his family and friends were aware of a serious condition. Mr. Arnold leaves a wife and five children who have the keenest sympathy of the entire community. Grant Arnold was regarded one of our finest citizens. The funeral will be held from the Evangelical church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial in the Holton cemetery. ==== KS-FOOTSTEPS Mailing List ==== File at: http://files.usgwarchives.net/ks/jackson/obits/a/arnold1087gob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.genrecords.org/ksfiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
