About three years ago he had an attack of heart trouble which enfeebled him so that he could hardly get around and last July he took to his bed from which he passed quietly away December 21, 1922, at the age of 84 years, 5 months, 27 days. The funeral services were held on Saturday December 23, 1922, form St. Dominics church by Father O'Neal, the body being laid to rest in Mt.
