James Noel McGREGOR, youngest child of Wallace M. and Mary Frances McGregor, was
born at Denison, Kan., October 19, 1904, and died at Hutchinson, Kan., January
13, 1923, at the age of 18 years, 2 months and 25 days. He has gone to join his
brother, Willis who died in infancy and his sister Gladys who preceded him by
one a few years. He leaves to mourn his loss a father, mother, one brother, Leon
of Topeka, and one sister, Bernice, also of Topeka, besides a number of other
relatives and friends by whom he will be greatly missed. Noel united with the
Christian church when just a child and at the time of his death was a regular
attendant at Sunday school where he had won the love of his teacher because of
his courteous ways and his sincere enthusiasm and interest in the class. He was
spoken of in terms of highest respect by all those with whom he had been
associated while away from home and gave promise of a life devoted to the better
things of this world and the next. But God !
 called him Home.
