James Nels, the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. George THOMPSON of Hoyt, Kansas, died
Thursday morning of pneumonia. He was born October 24, 1922, and passed from
this life November 30, 1922, age five weeks and one day. He is survived by his
parents, two sisters, Emma and Bernice, and his brother William. The funeral
services were conducted Friday at 2 p.m., at the home by Rev. J.A. Shuler. A
large crowd of friends and relatives were present to express their sympathy to
the bereaved family.
The pallbearers were four little girls; Mabel HARRIS, Carrie MERCER, Inez ALLEN
and Ruth MARIS. The remains were laid to rest in the Hoyt cemetery.
