Tutt. Mrs. Elizabeth TUTT, wife of E.E. Tutt, in east Jackson county, died Tuesday morning, November 8, 1910, aged 85 years last September. Her daughters, Mrs. J.T.B. GEPHART and Mrs. L.H.BURNETT and son, J.E. Tutt of Valley Falls, with other members of the family were at her bedside. Mother Tutt has been in failing health for some time. The funeral was held from the family homestead on South Cedar Thursday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. Elliott of Denison officiating at the services. The burial was in Rose Hill cemetery, Valley Falls, where her father, Martin L. MYERS, her mother, Sarah MYERS, a daughter, Mrs. Gephart, and a sister, Mrs. John Beland, lie at rest. Elizabeth MYERS was born September 12, 1825, at New Market, Virginia. Her parents move dto Phillipi, West Virginia, where in May 23d, 1850, Elizabeth was united in marriage to E.E. Tutt, who survives her. To this union ten children were born, six of whom are living and were present at the funeral. They are Louis M. Tutt, Bonner Springs; Mrs. Clara GEHPHART, Mrs. Laura BURNETT, and J.E. Tutt, Valley Falls, and Miss Ida M. Tutt of Holton, and Harry W. Tutt, at home. In 1869 the family moved to Jackson county, Kansas, which has since been the parental home and where the golden wedding of Father and Mother Tutt was celebrated ten years ago. Besides the bereaved husband and sorrowing children, Mrs. Tutt is survived by three brothers, well and favorably known in eastern Kansas, Ireneus C. MYERS, of Denison, Judge Louis M. MYERS of Valley Falls, and John W.
