Miss Ramah BROWNLEE, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.R. BROWNLEE, and Mr. Thomas J. COFFEY, son of Mrs. Katherine COFFEY, will be married at the Hotel Muehleback in Kansas City, Mo., this morning at 11 o'cloc, in the presence of the immediate families. Miss Brownlee will be gowned in a suit navy blue, with a hat of black velvet and black lace. Her corsage will be roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Brownlee is a girl of unusual talent and ability and has had a career well worth noting. At the age of 16 Miss Brownlee had completed a teacher's course in piano music at the Campbell college of music, at Holton, Kan. After graduating Miss Brownlee taught music for a while in Holton. On moving to Topeka with her family she continued to work with pupils here and also began the study of voice with Prof. Hermann Springer, of Kansas City, Mo. After studying with him some time, she went to Chicago for an advanced course and has for the past four years been contralto soloist at the Central Congregational church. In addition to her musical work Miss Brownlee finished a complete business course and went to work at The Capper Publications, where one promotion followed another until she became secretary to Mr. Marco Morrow. Mr. Coffey is also in the newspaper business, being advertising salesman for the Topeka State Journal.
