The home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred S. BETTS was the scene of a pretty wedding Wednesday evening, April 6th, at seven o'clock, when their sister, Miss Pearl JOHNSON, and Mr. Everett O. RIPPETOE of Topeka were joined in holy bonds of matrimony, Rev. Adell officiating. Only relatives of the two families were present. The bride was dressed in white susine silk and carried a large bouquet of cream bridal roses. They were the recipient of many useful and beautiful presents. The groom is the son of W.E. Rippetoe of Topeka, formerly of Hoyt. After May 1st, Mr. and Mrs. Rippetoe will be at home at 704 Lincoln street, Topeka.
