The Holton Recorder Jackson County Thursday December 27, 1900
Married.
Chas. A. WALKER, Jr., and Christina D. KNAPP, were married last Sunday, December
23, at the Evangelical parsonage, Rev. J.J. Kliphardt officiating. The bride is
a daughter of Jacob Knapp, a prosperous German farmer living three miles west of
the city, while the groom is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Walker of this
city. They expect to move to the country soon and commence farming. The Recorder
extends congratulations to the happy couple and best wishes for a successful
married life.
