The horse tore loose from the vehicle, after dragging it a short distance, and ran, when some of the harness getting entangled in some bushes, she stopped. With the assistance of the miller the ladies patched up the broken harness and continued their journey. When the person or persons saw that the horse was alarmed they blew the whistle louder. We have heard numerous complaints of this, and a stop should be be put to it at once, or it may get some one into serious trouble.
