Joe MOSS went to bridle him yesterday and had his left forefinger taken off at the first joint. The brute got his owner, Mrs. KLINE, down under foot, some time ago, and would have probably killed him but for Mr. K's son, who knocked the animal down with a neck yoke.--It's our opinion that the jack would make a fine rifle target.
