At the June term of the district court the husband was sent to the penitentiary for a term of five years. On last Saturday, July 27, Albert Manifield obtained a license from the probate court of this county, and on Sunday last, the 18th inst, was married to Mary Doyle. The age of the woman in each instance was 18. It is said that Sarah OSBORNE, alias Searcy, and Mary DOYLE, alisa MANIFIELD, are one and the same person--that the woman has been twice in less than four months, and is guilty of bigamy. The woman was left destitute, and likely to become a charge upon the county, we are told, and probably thought this the best way out of the dilemma.
