The fall or a kick from one of the horses broke his arm between the elbow and the shoulder, and bruised it badly at the wrist; his face was also badly bruised. He rose up and walked to the house, some rods distant, told his mother he had lost his arm, and then swooned away. He is doing well, under Dr. Balsley's care, and being but about six years old, will probably recover rapidly and perfectly. The buggy that drove up and did the mischief was from Lawrence, and did not even stop to render any aid, or to learn how badly the little fellow was injured! As Frank INSLEY was engaged in driving some cattle between here and Leavenworth a few days since, one of the bovines ran up on the side of an icy hill, slipped and fell, and in falling struck the feet of Mr. I.'s horse and threw it down, one of the rider's legs getting caught under the fall and badly hur, so as to compel the use of crutches. We wish him a speedy and perfect recovery.
