BELL came near freezing to death last Friday, while coming from Leavenworth. he fell once on the prairie, but managed to get old of the harness of one of his mules that he was driving, and by clinging to that, get as far as Mr. Garrett's house, where he fell against the door, and was taken in and cared for. His face, ears, and feet are badly frozen, we understand.
