The County Commissioners have been is session during the week and will probably adjourn this Thursday evening. This region is a distressingly healthy one. George DAVIS is grumbling because he has had but one coffin to make in six months. We learn that a young girl about 12 or 14 years of age, named ELLIOT was burned to death near Springdale, the other day, in attempting to kindle a fire with coal oil.
