Farmer Killed In Tractor Accident.
George ANDERSON, 70, Scranton, was killed in a tractor accident on his farm
Tuesday morning. The funeral was held this morning in the Big Springs Catholic
church with burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors include the widow, Ruby Anderson of the home; three daughters, Mrs.
John LOHMAN of 753 Elm, Mrs. James TURLEY of Cody, Wyo., and Mrs. William HILL
of Kansas City, Kan.; five sons, Patrick, Charles and Francis Anderson, all of
Richland, George R. Anderson of Topeka and Gene Anderson of Lecompton; two
sisters, Mrs. Mary KOEHLER of Tecumseh and Mrs. Rose PENNOCK of 1241 Del.; five
brothers, Tom Anderson and Paul Anderson both of Tecumseh, William Anderson of
Leavenworth, Henry Anderson of Topeka and Frank Anderson of Los Angeles, Calif.;
and 12 grandchildren.
