Mrs. Alma Marjorie Bedingfield.
Mrs. Alma Marjorie BEDINGFIELD, 68, of Coos Bay, Ore. and formerly of
Tonganoxie, died Saturday in Coos Bay.
Mrs. Bedingfield is a graduate of Tonganoxie High School and Kansas University.
She also attended California and Colorado Universities and the Bee Bee School of
Medical Technique at Minneapolis, Minn.
She was a member of PEO and Order of the Easter Star. She taught high school in
South Dakota and Kansas schools for eight years and was principal at Tonganoxie.
For 18 years she was a medical technician in Leavenworth and at Menninger's in
Topeka.
Funeral services were Friday at the Rumsey Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert J.
KASPER in charge. Burial was at Maple Grove Cemetery in Tonganoxie.
Survivors include her husband, James Bedingfield of the home; one brother, W.H.
FREIENMUTH of Tonganoxie; and five nieces and nephews.
