Mrs. Julia CAREY, 85, a longtime Oskaloosa resident, died Sunday at her home. Funeral services were held Wednesday in the Oskaloosa Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Ethel NEWELL, Valley Falls, Mrs. Marie LINCOLN, Topeka, Mrs. Cecil LARSON, McLouth, and Mrs. Vera WINTER, Meriden; six sons, Walter, Denver; Edward, Kansas City, Mo.; Julius and Ervin Carey, bothof Topeka, Richard, Reno, Nev., and William, Lake Stevens, Wash., four sisters, all of Lawrence, Mrs. Minnie BONER, Mrs. Angie BURNS, Mrs. Charlotte HODGE, and Mrs. Sarah STEPHEN; and two brothers, John F.
