Edmonds, Sr. Thomas W. EDMONDS, Sr., 66, of 3240 North Ninth, Kansas City, Kansas, died yesterday at the home. He was born in McLouth, and lived 8 years in Kansas City, Kansas. He retired in January after operating an ice cream store at 5019 Leavenworth road, Wyandotte County, 7 years. He operated a self-service laundry five years at Olathe. He was a member of the Methodist church, Olathe; the Olathe Masonic lodge; the Wyandotte post of the American Legion, and Kappa Sigma fraternity at Baker university, Baldwin. He was a veteran of World War I. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lillian Edmonds of the home; two sons, Thomas W. Edmonds, Jr., 7830 Tauromeet, Wyandotte Co., and Robert E. Edmonds, Topeka; two sisters, Mrs. Lean REEDY, Parsons; and Mrs. Hazel BUSH, Milburn, Ia., and a brother, Thurman Edmonds, McLouth. Services were held Tuesday at the Edmonds Community Chruch, McLouth; burial was in McLouth cemetery.
