Abner Fidler. 
Abner FIDLER, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert FIDLER was born in Chautauqua Co.,
Kan., Oct. 2, 1875. He departed this life Jan. 3, 1962 at his home in
Leavenworth County at the age of 86 years, 3 months, and 1 day.
On November 24, 1898 he was united in marriage to Susie May BROWN, and to this
union 3 sons, wer born. His wife, and two sons, Galen and Lloyd preceeded him in
death.
Early in life Mr. Fidler was converted and was baptized in the creek that is on
his farm.
Mr. Fidler was well known and will liked. He spent most of his adult life in
Leavenworth County as a farmer. He had been in poor health for several years.
He leaves on son, Guy FIDLER of the home and two sisters, Mrs. Tilda THORNTON of
McLouth and Mrs. Effie TARR of Topeka and a host of other relatives and friends
to mourn his passing.
