Mrs. Gregory Dead.
Word was received here on Thursday, March 4th, of the death of Mrs. Charles
GREGORY in Guthrie, Okla., a daughter of John STOUT, of South Haven, Mich., who
with two of her children visited relatives here two years ago. Her husband came
during her visit and on account of her health they finally removed to Guthrie.
She was taken with pneumonia only five days before her death, and altho much
better had not strength to recover.
Mrs. C.H. STEEPER went to Guthrie at once after receipt of the message, reaching
there Friday morning. Two days later the husband with his three children left
their home with the body on their journey to South Haven for burial by th eside
of a sister who died in Boston four years ago.
