Mrs. Portia Ann Hamm.
Mrs. Portia Ann HAMM, was born April 19, 1870, near Perry, daughter of George
and Laura MARTIN.
She was united in marriage to George L. Hamm and to this union were born five
daughters and two sons. Three little daughters, Jessie, Gladys and Oma preceeded
her in death.
Surviving are Mrs. Lina PRICE, Kansas City, Mrs. Melba COPE, Wichita, and Glenn
and Norcan Hamm, both of Perry, ten grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren,
and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was a charter member of perry Christian Church.
Funeral services were held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Perry Christian Church with
burial in Underwood Cemetery.
