She was in the act of pouring oil upon the fire when it took fire and exploded and she was so terribly burned that she died only a short time later. Mr. Jepson in trying to save her was badly burned and the babe was also seriously burned. Mrs. Jepson was a daughter of Mr. LAUGHMILLER who is no doubt well known to many of our readers, and has only been married a little over a year. Will people never learn that coal oil is a very dangerous thing to handle? Never kindle a fire by pouring coal oil on it.
