PRESSGROVE was badly burned last Monday morning. The family happened to all be out of the room for a few minutes when the child was heard to scream, and was caught as it was in the act of crawling under the bed, with its clothes on fire. An almanac was found with with the child had been playing, partly burned, and it is supposed that it had got fire from the stove in this way and communicated it to its clothes. It will probably live but it is disfigured for life. Later--Mr. Pressgrove's child died at 3 o'clock Tuesday morning.(Perry.)
