Meriden.

Eugene H. REED, 66, died Tuesday Jan. 23rd. The funeral service was held Friday
in the Evangelical United Brethren Chruch with burial in the Meriden cemetery.
Rev. Lloyd V. KURTZ was in charge of the service. Mr. Reed was for many years an
employee of the city of Meriden before his health failed about a year ago. Since
then he has lived in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bud COKER.
