RILEY, 79, former sheriff of Jefferson County, died April 17 at the Fairview Home near Oskaloosa. He was a life-long resident of the Winchester community. He was sheriff from 1907 until 1910 and later was parole officer for the state reformatory for two years. He was a member of the Winchester Masonic Lodge. He is survived by a brother, Harry RILEY of Winchester.
