The Oskaloosa Independent,Jefferson County,Saturday,April 10, 1880
Mrs. SHAW, residing on the Easter farm southwest of town, died Wednesday morning
of acute consumption. Her child, some 18 months old, was buried on Tuesday. The
doubly bereaved family have the sympathy of all who feel for distress and
"other's woes."
