Lott G. SPARKS was born in Rush County, Indiana, July 4th, 1836. Moved with his
parents to Platt County, Mo., in 1844, and came to Kansas in 1854. Was converted
in the year 1869. Was united in marriage to Rachel TOWNSEND in 1870. Died in
Leavenworth County, Kansas, Dec. 7th, 1907, aged 70 years, 5 months and 3 days.
Funeral services held at the United Brethren church in McLouth, Sunday, Dec.
9th, at 9 a.m. conducted by Rev. McAferty.
