Oscar TENPENNY, 56, formerly of Topeka, was found dead Apr. 15 near Liberty, Mo. He was born near Ozawkie and lived in Jefferson County until 3 years ago. He afterward made his home in Wichita and Topeka. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. James TENPENNY, Oskaloosa; a sisters, Mrs. Frances HALTERMAN, Oskaloosa, and two brothers, Taylor A. TENPENNY, Topeka, and James TENPENNY Jr., Wakarusa.
