Webster. Vivien C. WEBSTER, 1206 R.I. street, well known in Masonic circles, passed away unexpectedly Saturday while listening to the radio report of the K.U. football game. He was in his car parked downtown. He was rushed to the hospital but was dead on arrival. Funeral services were held on Wednsday in Plymouth Congregational Church. Burial wa in Oak Hill Cemetery with graveside services by Masonic Lodge No. 9. He was vice president of the H.E. Webster Lumber Co., of Kansas City. He was a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church, Valley Center Kansas Masonic Lodge; Scottish Rite; Shrine; Shrine Club; Past Patron Adah Chapter of the Eastern Star; Past Watchman of Shepherds, and charter member of the White Shrine and Elks Club all of Lawrence. He was a member of the Tol-Tec Rite of Topeka nd the Ararat Shrine, Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce and HoHo Club in Kansas City. He was also a member of the American Ordinance Association, Aracia fraternity, Jayhawk Fund and was a graduate of Kansas University. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Frances Kruse Webster of the home; one sister, Mrs. Jemina LINNS, Valley Center, and 2 brothers, Harold E. Webster, Kansas City, Mo., and Lt. Col George Webster, Los Angeles.
