The marriage of Miss Mary Elizabeth BELL and Mr. John Riley MORGAN was celebrated Tuesday evening March 2nd, at seven o'clock, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John BELL near Ackerland. Miss Esther Bell played the wedding music. The ceremony was performed by Rev. PROUTMAN of Leavenworth. The bride's own gown was a Paris muslin beautifully trimmed in Valenciennes lace. The groom was dressed in the usual conventional black. The bay window in front of which the bride and groom stood was banked with ferns, foliage, fuchias and cut flowers. The dining room was tastefully arranged with beautiful center piece of carnations gracing the table. Mr. and Mrs. Bell were assisted by the following friends: Mr. and Mrs. MORGAN and Miss MORGAN of Tonganoxie, Mr. and Mrs. D.B. MASON, Mr. and Mrs. Will BELL, Mr. George BELL and Miss Bertha BELL.
