Deveney-Dunkle
The announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Lora Lee DUNKLE to Mr.
Robert E. DEVENEY, Saturday evening, May 17th at Valley Falls, Kansas. The
ceremony was performed by the Reverend Father R. FOX. They were attended by Miss
Eva DUNKLE, sister of the bride and Mr. Ralph COOK.
Mrs. Deveney has taught in the Commerical Department in the Meriden High School
for the past five years and has gained the respect and admiration of the entire
community.
Robert Deveney has lived near Meriden since childhood. He is well known as a man
of sterling worth and a successful farmer. 
The community wishes the bride and groom much happiness and a prosperous future.
