THOMPSON, brother-in-law of J.R. MITCHELL of this city, died in Oakland, Cal., last June, age 72 years. He moved from Clay Center to Oakland about a year ago. In the 60's he lived at Coal Creek on the farm occupied by Al KEENER. Jas. THOMPSON jr., writes his uncle Raymond that the rest of the family are as well as usual, and mentions the cold, cloudy weather in the vicinity of San Francisco bay being worse than usual. To a Kansas it always seems cold and cloudy there. =================================================== Contributed for use by the USGenWeb Archive Project (http://www.usgenweb.org) and by the KSGenWeb USGenWeb Archive Project USGENWEB NOTICE: These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organization or persons.
